Lindsey M. Dougherty, Secures the Democratic Nomination in House District 62

Chester, VA - Lindsey M. Dougherty, secures the Democratic nomination for House of Delegates District 62 today. Lindsey shares, “It was a hard fought primary and the victory is shared with every single voter and volunteer who came out to make this happen today. You all believed in me and believed in the mission of this campaign, and without your dedication and energy, we would not have gotten this far.

I also want to recognize and give my congratulations to Tavorise Marks for running such a strong and impactful campaign. I look forward to working alongside you as we both continue to improve our communities in the 62nd and across the Commonwealth.

Lindsey M. Dougherty Posts Strong Second Reporting Period Cash-On-Hand Totals

Chester, VA - Lindsey M. Dougherty, Democratic candidate for Virginia’s 62nd House of Delegates seat, today reported an impressive second end-of-reporting period, cash-on-hand total of $6,151, compared to her primary opponent’s $79. Lindsey continues to demonstrate strong fiscal management practices throughout the campaign, posting steady fundraising numbers, $6,082 for the second reporting period, while having funds available the day after the primary for further success into November.

Since launching her campaign in March, Lindsey has knocked on thousands of doors, connecting one-on-one with voters to learn about their visions for the community…
